If anybody is looking for a product similar to this one, I highly recommend this one. I love this product as I do need it cuz I have problems with leak control but this product took care of all that There is no smell when you wear this product. It is a very reliable product in my opinion and my opinion is because I use them. I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous to try these. These do look more like a diaper than underwear and still puff out in the crotch area when wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very dependable product. They do a great job controlling odors and are very comfortable. The fit was perfect and can hardly tell a difference from normal underwear. They’re very absorbent and I would recommend these to anyone that ask.

After that the back tends to fall apart from moisture, when they aren't at all soiled, just sweaty. I use them as a preventative measure, and expect them to stay in one piece as long as they're not soiled. I do not suffer from urinary incontinence, I use them for occasional (unexpected) light bowel leakage.
