Before the design was changed I found Fit-Flex underwear for men the best product in its class. The new comfortable fit product has been an absolute disaster for me. The padding is insufficiently absorbent and the seal around the legs fails to contain even minor urinary dribbling resulting in damage to clothing and furniture upholstery. I wish you could go back to the old design.

My husband uses S/M Fit-Flex Fit which work well for incontinence during the day, but at night, gravity defeats them. And, they are not really designed for bowel incontinence, day or night. Also, I may be imagining it, but they seem to be thinner as I can see pinkness through the back. But it may be he's gained some weight and they are stretching. I'm going up a size to check. I do wish you carried a "real" medium, however. Still mostly satisfied, but recommendations please.

It's snug, comfy enough, and absorbent. The one reason it does not have full marks is it took a bit to position right.

These underwear are durable and I wore them throughout the day without any signs of wear and tear. They provide a snug yet comfortable fit and I appreciated the elastic waistband which allows for easy movement. The soft fabric felt gentle on my sensitive skin and I didn’t experience any irritation even after wearing them for extended periods. I didn’t notice any odors and I felt secure and dry throughout the day. But however one thing I did notice was they felt a bit bulky compared to regular underwear but overall did a great job handle leaking.

Ended up purchasing multiple packs because of the great absorbency and fit for everyday use. The packaging was easy to take out every time a new one was needed and no scent was left behind when used. Had to get these for health reasons, and I tried others I thought eere ok, but decided to give these a try, and I was amazed, a nice fit, no gaps or sagging areas, no bunching up between legs, and not bulky, I wear my clothes and no one can notice I have an adult diaper on. Plus they work great when I have an occasion accident if I could not get to bathroom in time.

I would love to find super absorbency overnight that would keep a bed dry, but the look of the Depends Underwear For Men is a welcome change from typical geriatric looking briefs. The feel is much softer and not scratchy like other briefs. The fit is actually like that of a regular pair of underwear. When he is sitting up, there are no accidental leaks. They are easy to pull on and off as well.
