They don't sag or gap and are soft enough to wear for extended periods without chafing and I liked the darker color. They are practically undetectable under clothing and hold up while I am active. The absorbency is good enough for me to be out and about for several hours and absorption is fast. A few suggestions for improvement: The pad does not come up very far in the back. This can cause leaks if you are laying down and reduced the comfort of the underwear when wet and sitting for prolonged periods. Increasing the padding up the back may help with this. Increased absorbency would help with extended wear and nighttime use. Overall I would recommend Depend FIT-FLEX Underwear for Men. They are comfortable, discreet and absorbent enough to give the wearer confidence to go out and be active without worrying about leaks.

After my radical prostatectomy I wore the night defense for a few weeks then switched to these. These feel somewhat like regular underwear. The maximum keeps me dry all day and If I feel unsecure I will wear a new pair to bed. They fit well, not too bulky and give me a sense of security when I go to the gym, ride my bike or play drum at my church. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pull-up diapers are convenient to use, and if I'm having a bad day with alcohol, these are what I like to wear because they're easy to change, and they're very absorbent...I often wake up with a full diaper, but I guess that's good for a few gaps compared to the pull-up style, where I can get away with one gap and everything stays put until you need to readjust. Once you're emptying them, they'll feel bulky, so keep that in mind if you're wearing them in public...maybe experiment before going out so you know what your clothing choice can handle (don't wear light colors or thinner fabrics...jeans tend to hide more). As for value for money - they get the job done, and they're perfect for a lazy day at home, running errands around town, and overnight use. Just be mindful of what you're getting with any incontinence product.
