If you're moderate to light urinary incontinence, these are the best. ( I'm pretty heavily incon so just use these for working out and around the house or when I know I can change quickly) This new 'confidence core' is a HUGE improvement. Not sure just how they changed them, but they hold a little more, but especially they can handle a lot more all at once, which the older ones couldn't quite do. They're so much more comfortable too. I really forget I'm wearing a diaper and don't feel self conscious at all.

I often have issues with IBS & incontinence, my friend John recommended these to me awhile back. They worked great, after some time I felt comfortable wearing these on date nights. Never had any issues with leakage, look or the feel. They could use some extra wiggle room up front. If you tend to get aroused during the day (like me) you will feel restricted up front. On the plus side, it fit well, contained odors effectively, and the gray outer covering had a nice, discreet look. However, the drawbacks outweighed these positives. The biggest issue was leakage, which made it unreliable for extended wear. The outer covering also started to break down too quickly, making the product feel flimsy. Additionally, the loud plastic crinkle sound was noticeable, which made wearing it in public situations awkward. If you ever have day when you feel you might not be able to hold your bladder and might have some leakage, these Depends will definitely come in handy. They fit tight and snug in all the right places with a lot of padding to absorb and leak that you might have. I am really impressed with how well they fit. They fit just like a regular pair of underwear, but just have some extra padding. After a few minutes, I couldn't even tell that I had them on.
