This product feels more comfortable than other brands but the main problem I have with them is that there needs to be a size for someone that has a 42" waist. The S/M size is too small and tend to keep slipping down because they don't go up high enough around the waist and the L/XL is too large once again slipping down because their too large. The L/XL goes from a 38"- 64" waist. Wearing underwear due to incontinence issues is a difficult experience in itself but having something not fit makes the experience that much more difficult.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men in exchange for my honest review. My father in law lives with us and he has incontinence issues. The diapers were extremely absorbent and really gave him a sense of dignity. It didn't feel like a diaper but rather like underwear. I highly recommend this for men who may feel a sense of embarrassment around the term "diaper".

But when I used a paper towel to see if it would go onto it, it didn’t. So that was interesting. The comfort was ok, still felt like I was wearing something but not overly bad. I couldn’t smell anything either so that was good.

My husband has been using Depends for quite some time and our last box was a total disappointment. They are less than seconds. They are glued together and when you pull them open the outer material rips. We were hoping it was just a few but it's every single one.

they leak, very disappointed. my son is 19 and severely autistic. even with rubber pants over I have to wash all the bedding. now need to also buy pads to insert into the pullups and pads for the bed so I hopefully don't have to keep washing the bedding every day.

They have become my go to pair of underwear as I have tried various other brands which tend to be bulky. The Fit-Flex line allows me the ability to remain active without having to worry about leakage. Overall a great product.

I have tried both sizes of Depends, and find that the S/M works best for me (40 inch waist) but they would feel perfect if they had slightly more rise, especially in back. I realize that you most likely have tested this issue up and down and sideways, but I'm sure there are other guys out there who have the same problem.
