Almost two years ago at age 60 I had surgery for prostate cancer. Due to the location of the tumor, only one nerve bundle could be spared. As a result, I have never regained full continence. For some time I used pads such as Depend Guards. However, I have found that Depend Fit Flex underwear work best for me. They are very comfortable, work very well to keep my clothes dry, and are the best solution for me with activities such as hiking. Plus, wearing them under clothes looks "normal". Though I think that I am fairly young for this I need to wear these 24/7; incontinence is just part of my post cancer life. I highly recommend Depend Fit Flex.

(Sickness, colonoscopy, etc) It’s nice to have the backup that is needed during certain times. We both have this product in our household, and feel like Depends are an item we can rely on. These are soft and comfortable to wear. They seem to fit well (as advised on the packaging). They are durable for wear (obviously you’re not going to go running around and doing athletic things while wearing them), but for when you’re sick etc, they are great to give you peace of mind in those moments where accidents can happen. They do feel a little like you’re wearing a diaper, but overall, not as bad as we anticipated.

You can’t tell under his clothes he wears them they are discreet and they pull up like underwear and stay in place. Never leak very absorbing. He tells me these are the best he has tried thanks. Being a Senior, I think it is a very difficult piece of clothing to put on. It had a very tight stretchy fit that was nothing but trouble getting my legs in before pulling them up.Once on they are soft and comfortable but tight, and I am not that big a guy, having a 38 inch waist.
