This product works fine for urinary incontinence but is not dependable at all for bowel incontinence. The padding is too low in the back and feces leaks through the thinner part above the padding and stains exterior clothing. We end up with multiple clothing changes daily and my laundry has at least doubled. The fit is good, they just don't work like they did before they "improved" them. Personally, I am shopping around for something more suitable for my 24 year old son with disabilities.

Also another huge plus for us is I really like that they are a darker color other than the regular white ones that we have used many times previously.
