He also thought it was a gift someone had sent him so that helped get us started with the product. He complained briefly about tightness around his legs at first but with some adjustment I think everything was fine.

I have never purchased these before. My husband has been diagnosed with colo-rectal cancer and will be undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. They fit him great and he says they are more comfortable that what we previously were using. They absorb the accidents and seem to be durable and soft. Overall I will continue to buy these for him until he no longer has accidents.

They tend to break apart more than the Sam's club version, (especially if you're active) but the sizes are more fitted and comfortable in medium. But I'm losing weight so I'll probably go with the Sam's brand cuz they are a little more durable even though the Sam's club medium is a little tighter. Just be prepared for the slight difference and adjust accordingly.
