[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I requested these with the intention of offering them to my father, who suffers from flare-ups of ulcerative colitis. He, like so many with his condition, has trouble with leakage and difficulty making it to the bathroom in time. He has always said that he doesn't like the idea of wearing a "diaper" on a daily basis, but after trying these new Fit-Flex underwear he has agreed that wearing them would in fact be a better alternative to rushing to the bathroom every few minutes or so. He says that they are comfortable enough to wear under his regular jeans but would prefer them cut like boy-shorts to prevent them from riding up too far while he works (he's a paint contractor, always moving). All in all, these are a great fit for him that not only fill a need, but help to restore his peace of mind.

We had been happily using this product for daytime protection for the past two years for my father-in-law who suffered a brain injury and became incontinent. The old design was a great product and offered adequate daytime protection with the comfort and ease of the pull-up design (he wears a thicker overnight diaper with tabs for bedtime). The new design is noticeably thinner and does not work as well - we actuallly have to double it up during the day so he doesn't leak through and end up with wet pants. Obviously, that is not a long-term solution so now we'll have to locate a more reliable day-time pull up. Which is very disappointing since the old design worked so well. Why mess with a good thing?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Depends we're pretty comfortable had no problems with odor and even started out nice and snug, unfortunately aside from those aspects the product performed rather poorly in daily life, the absorbent pad in the depends is far to small and as soon as they have become wet, they sagg between the legs and leak all over,

I bought the depends and another store brand. Both the same description and size. The depends are the better product. I buy the lg/xl, and the depends has much more give to the elastic making them much more comfortable for me. The store brand just did not have enough give to fit me comfortably. I will be sticking with the depends.
