They protect the outer clothing from accidents. At first I did not know which was the front, but figured it out.

New design makes it harder to distinguish front from back and padding is not as thick. Product is good but not as good as it was.

Outside Material design(like bubble wrap) will cause soreness and damage your buttocks if sitting for long period. Outside design should be SMOOTH.

Added wings are extra material. We need smoother fit for use on wheelchair bound patients. Eliminate wrinkle areas

Tried other brands, but Depends seem to work for us. May pay a little more, but feel one gets what is paid for.
