They don't seem to hold as much liquid as the pads do. Also, when wearing pants I have to remove them to change. I like the way they fit and don't bulge out under clothes.

The product is comfortable and doesn't show through my clothes. I find they are a little expensive but worth it because I canrely on them not to leak through
