To make fit better proportionally try suggesting consumer go one size smaller. Leg size is smaller thus reducing leakage. Worked perfectly for me.

I have tried other pull ups and I find Depends fits me best, I never worry about leakage and no one knows I'm wearing them.

These fit better than the other brands I've tried. i like that they are not white, yet a soft pink. These are pretty good if you have to wear them.
