New design is defective

I've been using this product for years. Recently noticed that design was changed. The paper covering is much thinner, lighter, and flimsier than before. The new darker color comes off on skin. Two of the pull-ups in the package arrived ripped.

Early in 2016, we did make improvements to the Depend Underwear for Men. We improved the product so that there is less bulk between the legs, but it provides the same amount of protection. It is also a new darker grey, but what you explain about the color coming off is not something that you should expect. Product quality is extremely important to us. Comfortable and stay dry

They fit well XL and absorb a lot. They hold together very well and would not use any other brand. Coughing fits are unpredictable and with these, I know I am not going to be embarrassed.
