I have tried bladder leakage pads from various companies and they didn't give me the protection I need. The underwear are absolutely fantastic. I got the total assurance I have been looking for as far as wetness control and comfort.

This product claims to have more protection. However, there was a lot of leakage. I will buy the older product, which worked well, until it leaves the store shelves. I may have to search for a new brand.
