I have MS which has affected my bladder control. I always have to add a Poise Ultimate absorbency pad to your underwear. Why do you not offer more choices that cover the same absorbencies that pads offer?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are made of soft material that is nice to the touch. The elastic appears durable and not to tight. Time will tell if the absorbency and odor control are high quality.

Since the product was reinvented last year - new sizes, etc. the quality is very poor. Much less absorbant, very poor fit around the legs - terrible feel.
