Extremely comfortable. Changed my father from being home-bound to out more often! I would recommend this for someone needing a little extra help during a short term situation and definitely for long term use!

The waterproof material backing the padding was very irritable to my skin making the underwear very uncomfortable. I am returning the items for a refund.
