The diapers are rough feeling I have MS so I sleep on my back the butt padding isn’t high enough I have to wake up 2 hours to change the diaper because it leaks out through the back the quality has become rougher and cheaper quality

I like these but the absorbent pad easily tears away from the panty. I have to put a panty liner across the front part of the pad to keep it from tearing loose.

I didn’t expect them to be quite this absorbent, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to hold up for quite a while until I needed to change.
