I wear a size 16 and got the size Large which feels true to size and is comfortable around my waist and thighs. There is a size chart on the side of the packaging which is easy to understand and can find the correct size you need. The material is stretchy around the waist so it doesn't feel too tight or loose and doesn't lose it's shape while wearing. I like that it has a floral design in front so you know which way is facing front and back. The packaging is easy to open on the side with the pull of the tabs so you can grab one underwear at a time. The padding appears quilted as shown in one of my photos and it feels absorbent and extra layers of protection from leaks. I like that it is easy to change and dispose of and keeps me feeling fresh and it absorbs leaks and moisture without any accidents. The material is comfortable and can wear it under mostly any type of pants while being discreet. I highly recommend this brand for incontinence as it does a good job. But for me i wish, the middle part would be like thinner.But the same absorbency that would be great, and also on the sides like it just sticks out too much of your clothes.So it's kind of embarrassing They could fix that.I think it would be a little bit better, but overall it does the job.So that's why I gave it the rating I did

Although it is an absorbent underwear for urine loss, honestly the feeling is more like wearing normal underwear with an integrated sanitary towel, so it is something that women can feel more comfortable with than we would imagine. The material is soft, extends and fits well to the body, although I would recommend securing the size well before ordering it. Something extremely important is that it is not easily noticed under clothes and absorbs super fast, so although it is designed for the night it could be used perfectly during the day.
