The quality and the results matter to me, especially when getting the job done. It's easy to slide on and off and absorb any incontinence you might have. At one point, my dad was unable to physically walk and go to the bathroom, and after his transplant, managing his incontinence became a little bit easier. Its soft and non irritating band if perfect for his delicate skin and doesn't cause irritation. I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im size L-XL, and this underwear fits like a glove. You quickly forget about you having them on. No noises while walking, easy to change, and no bulky weird looking over the clothes. These diapers also didn't overheat, and I saw no rashes even on sensitive zones after 8 hrs aprox of wear. It absorbs a lot, although im using it for when im on the road and at night. I'll keep buying this brand from now on.

I will say they can sometimes feel tight between the tights as I don't like this underwear design. But for a travel emergency it's tolerable

I recently had a hemorrhoid operation and needed something for leakage. I grabbed the first thing for men I saw which was the Depend Fit-Flex. After using them once I saw the coverage was bad, so I turned them around. They work great for absorbency but are a little uncomfortable in the leg fit and I feel like I'm sitting on a log. A Depend Fit-Flex for light days would be better. I would recommend Depend Fit-Flex for problems like mine but wish I could find something specific for "bottom" protection.

Recently I started having a lot difficulty making it to the bathroom in time. It was very embarrassing when this happened outside the house. This product has given me all my confidence back. I can wear these without worry of others noticing I am wearing a diaper. Best of all they do not leak even when full. You have a life long customer as you have given me back my dignity. Thank you!!

They don’t irritate the skin! The padding is thick and absorbs liquid well. Love that it doesnt look bulky or bulgy when wearing

In fact, I tried pulling on them just to test how strong they were. I didn't see or feel any tearing anywhere. The absorbency is pretty good. I could pour about a cup of water in them and it was soaked up quite fast and there was no drips. The size does run a bit snug, however. It claims that a XXL is meant for a 55-64" waist, but they'd probably fit better a size down at a 44-54" waist. They are thin enough as to not cause embarrassing bulges while you wear them, too.
