It says it has a dry shield and it holds 30x its weight. I have been told by dr that for older ones especially to drink slower and it affects how fast it exits your body giving you more time to get to the rest room.

They did feel a little bulky for daytime wear - probably because I usually wear a 16-18, was sent the XL. To be honest they're a little large/baggy. They have great elasticity at the waist making them easy to get on & off. The fabric is also comfortable. Great for night time use instead of during the day. Absorbs well, not noisy when walking and no discernible odor.

They are thin but very absorbent. I tend to hold my pee and then rush to bathroom so end up leaking a bit at times, this worked great for those times. I also live the design to indicate what side is the front. Would definitely buy and recommend to others.

I only wore them a couple of times because I could not stand the binding between my legs and it looked horrible under dress pants or a skirt, or a pair of jeans. You could tell that I was wearing a pull on diaper. . As far as leakage, I didn’t have any leakage, but I’d like I said, I only wore them a couple of times.
