My husband has tried the Fit Flex, Real Fit and Adjustable. They all work well for a little leakage(recommend for that) but if it is more than that he soaks his Depend and clothing all the way through. It is embarrassing for him when we are out. Can you come up with something that will hold the urine and not go through the clothing. Maybe you should see how childrens diapers are made. Please come up with a super, super absorbent Depend. The fit is very good on the Fit Flex and the Real Fit, but not the Adjustable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tryed the xl Depend Fit-Flex underwear for wemon and they are so comfortable and plenty of padded protection and you don’t feel a bulky pad,they don’t slip off because the streatchey band is good quality and they spare no expense to make a high quality underwear.A really good feature if you use a waiste basket,there is no smell even after a couple days sitting in trash.They are soft and a awesome product for a embarrassing problem,you can wear them with confidence and no worries.

I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 only because I didn't have a coughing or sneezing spell while wearing the samples. They did manage the leaks as I stood up. It offers great peace of mind, especially during long days or physical activities. The absorbent material keeps me dry, and the discreet fit prevents any discomfort or noticeable bulges. These incontinent briefs are comfortable, discrete, and absorbent three very important facts that I find in both the flex-fit and real fit. Equally important they hold up under pressure meaning I am very active and the brief has to be good for my heavy incontinence level staying in place (not slide down) and does not fall apart. I am on my foot and moving almost non-stop and these briefs wear very well for that. I cannot change more than once during my day therefore I am in a wet brief for many hours and these briefs do not make me feel like I am wet it wicks the wetness away from my skin, and they do not sag in my crock even after hours of walking around in a wet one. Other brands I have tried the absorbency material fell apart and bunched up in the crock making the briefs extremely uncomfortable and quite noticeable that I was wear incontinent protection. I have experienced other brands sliding down on me making for embarrassing times. I am very happy with depends flex-fit and real fit they truly stand up to everything I put them through, and I do not have to stop from time to time to check my trousers for wet spots I can rely on these briefs can to soak through to me outer clothes. Side note I do appreciate that these briefs are made with a man’s body in mind and that they do look like regular men’s briefs for around the house.

After trying a sample of this product I liked the comfort of it so much that I quit wearing regular underwear! lol The previous products I had tried felt like "diapers". ugh! These feel like control top panties but with great protection from leaks and other embarrassing moments. IBS etc. Now I can relax when on trips. I weigh 170 lbs and I buy the S/M size and they fit PERFECT.
