[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try these depend fresh protection adult incontinence underwear for men for my oldest because he has a medical condition that sometimes causes him to wet the bed. These fit him great, and you can hardly tell there is anything on inder his pants. We were using the washable incontinence pads, but these have saved us from some extra washing! As long as you kind of push the middle sides to catch everything, there is no leakage, and there is no odor!! Will be keeping these on hand!!

I found the padding to be too thick for my needs. I think this product is better suited for totally incontinent people, not someone with leakage issues.

I’ll be completely honest and say I don’t have a lot of experience with this kind of product but I can promise you I will always have at least one package in the house now, and I can also confirm I still have a job! I think everyone should have a pack of these in the house just to be safe. I’m not used to wearing these kinds of things, but I can say they’re subtle enough they fit under business clothes, they had perfect odor control for a run to the office, a 2 hour meeting, and the drive home. And so comfortable I honestly forgot I had them on! I have to admit I hope I’m never in that situation again, but I can say I won’t be caught with at least one set on hand at all times! I can’t recommend having these enough, be it you need them consistently or for those ‘just in case’ experiences in life!

Overall great performance product.

I actually let my grandfather try this product and inform me of his thoughts to post, good and bad, since I am female and he is obviously male and 85 years old. It was the perfect product for him to try because the current product he uses for his male incontinence, he has been having some leakage issues with in the past few months or so. He has been using these new Depend Fit Flex Underwear for Men now for about one week since #HomeTesterClub sent them to me/my grandfather to try and review and says he has had zero leakage and actually prefers these full protection Depends underwear instead of his, previously preferred, mens' incontinence Depend Pads. According to him, the underwear feel more protecting and stable, whereas the pads seem a little more unpredictable and tend to slide around occasionally causing leakage and slight aggravation from a scratchy diaper feeling.

At first place is the absorbency level which checked the box for this product. Next you need to be comfortable and have a nice fit otherwise it would leak, not a problem here! Depend Fit-Flex underwear does the job and more for my incontinence needs, especially for the main reason I tried them. I wear these at night because I know it will keep me dry at night. The reason that I like them is Depends fit flex fit. Depends fit smoothly through the abdomen because of the great elasticity. The bottom on me is a bit baggy but there good for night time use instead of during the day. Depends works great and a great brand.
