[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gracious! Boy, was I wrong! When I was selected for this test, I was truly very leery for a couple of reasons. My major reason was that I am a plus size and did not think that this would fit and be comfortable. I was actually dreading trying them on. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that they fit - and fit well, and the crotch area is just a built in pad. I have never worn underwear such as this. On a daily basis, I use either a panty liner or the next step up in a pad for minor drips and leaks. So I didn't see the need for these, but they are so comfortable, I am now a new customer. I would recommend these to anyone who has bladder issues - from small issues to much larger ones. When I am wrong, I admit it, and my prejudging and dreading testing this product was anxiety for nothing because this turned out to be a great experience, and I found a new product that I will be using. But the XL, while very comfortable, was too long (made for a taller person? I'm 5'3"). So maybe Depends could offer an XL short (or petite) option? Depends is well-made and holds together very well. It's cloth-like fabric is wonderful.

I can’t even tell I have them on and you can’t even tell with tight jeans on. I feel very secure going out in public wearing these. Sometimes I leak laughing, coughing, sneezing, jumping, running and other times and I feel very protected that no one will notice this I leaked or more. This is a great product. The fit is quite comfortable, with a snug but not too tight waistband that stays in place throughout the day. The material is soft and breathable, which helps prevent irritation, especially for extended wear. One of the standout features is the absorbency. It provides good leakage protection, even for overnight use, and helps control odors well. The Fresh Protection technology does seem to work, keeping things feeling drier and fresher compared to some other brands. However, while the discreet fit is appreciated, the underwear can feel a little bulky under certain clothing, especially if someone is wearing fitted pants. Also, for heavier incontinence, an additional pad might be needed for extra security.

My husband has had, at the very least, 6 complete failures of the Depend Fit-Flex underwear for men. The front outside layer and inside layer separate from the core and the waistband area spilling the core contents out of the underwear onto the floor. It is extremely difficult to clean up. We have been using Depend products for about 2 years and are very disappointed in the Fit-Flex.
