[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 73 year old step-father is rehabilitating an injury and was struggling to make it to the toilet in time every time. He started using the Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men to try and contain some leakage, especially while he slept. The fit of the underwear are moderately comfortable. He is around 175 lbs and tried a Large. The waistband stretched wide but the underwear was long enough in the torso/waist that he did not have to worry about them slipping down. They are well-made and easy to dispose of. The underwear did help with catching some leakage but he found that they were not good at containing leakage around the leg holes. They were mostly fine for use during the day but when he was sleeping, they would shift or not contain him all the way and he would wake up to spill-over around the upper thigh and groin area. He likes these well enough for the day time but we are looking at other options for sleep.

The fit and comfort are just right very sleek and discreet. The odor control is immaculate no one around complained of smell when I put them to use. Very durable was able to last several hours while doing errands around town.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried the depend fit-flex underwear for men and for women, I take care of my parents who both have incontinence issues and these are the best brand out there. Complete coverage no leaking through, looks great underneath your clothes and makes both of them feel more secure. I feel like they go out more and do more activities because they're not afraid of having an accident and it showing through their pants. Very soft material very absorbent and a great fit. I myself have suffered from incontinence issues and I have also tried these depend fit Flex underwear, they are a miracle worker. After giving birth I did suffer some bladder damage which has left me with incontinence problems sporadically, I'm very thankful that I can wear these depend underwear and not have any problems with leaking or pinching or them looking to puffy underneath my clothing. These are an absolute dream.

As someone who never usually wears adult diapers, I can honestly say they made a significant difference during our last training event in the Army. A number of Depend Underwear for Women have stretched out before wearing them. I wear size small/medium. The last package I had at least three pair were unwearable because thee garment had no elasticity. Also the elastic waist causes rash and itching. I prefer the Silhoutte Style but cannot use them exclusively due to higher cost.

It fits well , it absorbs well , and I will start buying depends again. It makes you feel so much more secure when you are out in public , knowing that you will not have leakage problems. As the saying goes , "try it you'll like it ". I have and I am on the road again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's indeed very flexible and not noticeable at all under my clothing. It provides excellent protection and is almost as thin as regular underwear. So, I can wear it proudly without the fear someone notices I wear "special" underwear. It's comfortable and fits me perfectly. I love to wear it all day.
