I have to wear these all the time because of urinary incontinence, and I find them comfortable, reliable and convenient. And once I had a poop emergency on the way home and they were reliable for that too.

I had always used the medium fit before and I loved them, then they started making them shorter, below the belly button. I tried the large and they fit up to the waist. Much more comfortable.

These are very good for what they are supposed to do, they look and behave very much like regular underwear only thicker, they are very discreet under clothing.
