I have to wear them only at night because of a sleep medication that I take sometimes makes me leak or not make it to the restroom in time. These underwear definitely hold a large amount of fluid comfortably. I got a size medium and I'm a 12-14 US size in pants and they fit wonderfully. They have a dark pattern on the top edge of one side letting you know that is the front side of the pants. Since I only wear them at night I can reuse them if I don't have any accidents and they don't get all soft and start to tear like other brands. They are very soft and comfortable to wear and not bulky at all. Disposal is easy and there is no lingering odor detected. I would highly recommend if you have any bladder issues going on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the closest they’ve made to underwear yet they are combiner thin and basically comfortable. And progress from others out there but basically a pull up and loud and the pad sometimes unsticks and will stick to you. So yay for progress but still much more to go there has to be some way to make inexpensive non diaper depends but congrats for the progress these are it until they do!! The absorbency is good for a small pad the coverage is also good just work on the fabric so we don’t feel like we are wearing pull ups!!

This review is not about the product but about the delivery. Twice in a row, a huge box was left on a handicap ramp. The first time it rendered my mother left outside of her home for over three hours because she couldn’t get into her home. The second time she was not allowed to get out of her home because of the size of the box and blocking the ramp. Check out the pictures. And yes, I reported it the first time. Not sure that it helped. Of course pictures won’t upload!

It allows flexibility no matter what you are doing, bending, sitting, and running. It is super absorbent. From just a little leak to a full oh my goodness belly laugh to sudden movements.

They absorb a lot. There's no leakage. No odor. You can't tell you are even wearing them under clothing. And they are a nice neutral color.
