These help with incontinence issues with CrossFit and heavy lifting. Helping me stay comfortable and nobody knows if you actually have them on. The L.XL. are a little tight and the XXL fit much better. The downside is that they are not available anywhere. The price is good I guess. I also wish they would make them in this size but without the heavy padding in the front. I use these for bowel irregularities and often wear them backwards because they are uncomfortable with so much padding where I don't need it. Of course they are made with a lot of material in the back to cover the butt but when worn backwards they no longer have that material in the correct area. When worn backwards they are great for increased excretion and keep my sheets dry.

They are comfortable, pull up and on just like real underwear and are disposable which is excellent. Very nice underwear. I will be purchasing again!

When you wear them you really cant tell you are wearing them at all!! they are not bulky they are really comfortable and best of all you cant tell you are wearing one they dont bunch up under your clothes!! that was a real worry for me I have a bladder problem and I didnt want to wear something that other people could tell that you were wearing one. But with Depends underwear for women no one and tell and they are very very leak proof and comfortable . Yes I tell all my friends to try Depends underwear for women they are great!!
