[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a product from depends - the depends udnerwear style maximum absorbancy for females. If you are in need of a product for incontinence, this is a great one because it will work as described and be discreet at the same time.

My disabled son has been using Depends diapers for 20 years. They have always been the best product on the market. However, with the introduction of the new Fit-Flex design, they no longer absorb all of his urine throughout the night. He is waking every morning with soaked clothes and a wet bed. This started the very night I began using the new diapers. Please help. We want to use Depends but this cannot continue.

So much better than having to find granny panties and wear a giant, bulky pad every day. They are cut just right so they don't get in the way of the incision either. The material is a strong yet soft material and its neither too thin nor overly bulky. You literally could not even tell I was wearing them! It was so nice to not have to worry about underwear during this time and having to change a pad constantly, especially with 3 little boys already to keep up with on top of the new baby! While I won't say the material is as soft as my typical panty of choice, they were a lifesaver in so many ways. The best thing about them, in my opinion, is that they fit just right and move WITH me not against me, making them leak proof. For someone as active as I am daily, I couldn't ask for more and was so glad to have been given the chance to try them free in exchange for my review!

Since we purchased multiple packs of these, I guess they fit and handled accidents with ease. Control the odor was...you know. But overall if you know know someone who needs this product, I can recommend.

My husband has tried the Fit Flex, Real Fit and Adjustable. They all work well for a little leakage(recommend for that) but if it is more than that he soaks his Depend and clothing all the way through. It is embarrassing for him when we are out. Can you come up with something that will hold the urine and not go through the clothing. Maybe you should see how childrens diapers are made. Please come up with a super, super absorbent Depend. The fit is very good on the Fit Flex and the Real Fit, but not the Adjustable.

He used it and was very satisfied with it and mentioned that it's true to size, comfortable, discreet and serves the purpose. It's absorbancy is exceptional as well. The last a whole working day and no one can even pick up on the fact that I was wearing these! They definitely got some use on these colder days where bladder control is an issue!

My boyfriend is 19 and he still wets the bed and sometimes during the day. He was still wearing Goodnites and plastic pants to bed and the Goodnites by themselves sometimes during the day but they were getting too small. We got him these Real Fit briefs and they work great! They are his full time underwear now. They are absorbent enough that he doesn’t have to wear the nighttime plastic pants and they look like regular guys briefs. Now if he has an accident he isn’t embarrassed. He can just take a new brief from his backpack and change.
