These were very hot and uncomfortable to wear at night. I had to take them off. I would try them again when the weather cools down but in summer its a no for me.

They feel like you are wearing an adult diaper. They are not uncomfortable, but you know they are there. They do stretch. So, if you are above an XL, they will still probably fit without moving up to the XXL size. I like these as an underwear/panty backup for outings and travel. For everyday wear, I can not see myself solely relying on them with confidence.

First off, the absorbency is amazing—I’ve worn them during long days out and even overnight, and I haven’t had to worry about leaks at all. Total peace of mind. Easy to put on and off with nice stretch. They did not ride up, they stayed in place and were comfortable to wear all day. Smooth under clothes and the padding is not too thick yet provides great protection with NO leaks. I will definitely be buying these again and would recommend them to anyone needing this type of protection.

After, trying and using Depend Fit-flex I know have peace of mind in knowing that I will be dry. I find them to be fitting and comfortable. I received these complimentary for testing purposes and is fully my own opinion.

My husband uses S/M Fit-Flex Fit which work well for incontinence during the day, but at night, gravity defeats them. And, they are not really designed for bowel incontinence, day or night. Also, I may be imagining it, but they seem to be thinner as I can see pinkness through the back. But it may be he's gained some weight and they are stretching. I'm going up a size to check. I do wish you carried a "real" medium, however. Still mostly satisfied, but recommendations please.

I haven't noticed any leakage while wearing these so peace of mind . The absorbent liner quickly draws moisture away so you don't feel and wetness. I also haven't smelled any odors after wearing them for a while. Such a big change from wearing other kinds of underwear and I like that you can't tell I have to wear these through my clothes!
