The ones that are not "fit-flex" I would get a bit of "leaking" during the night but not with these! This is flattering because it controls some of my bulging belly. The soft fit-flex material allows for full coverage which aids with comfort. Even though the seam was on the outside of this underwear, surprisingly I was not able to notice it through my pants! Although the t material is soft and pretty, I do not the ruffled pattern throughout the underwear because if does not appear smooth on the outside of my leggings. I need to wear a long top, so this is not visible. Lastly, I did not experience any leaks, yet I did not feel dry; the padding did not absorb the urine to keep it away from my skin. This is important to alleviate any rash in that delicate area. I would recommend this underwear for comfort and protection yet one needs to be mindful of the clothing one wears because tighter fitting clothing may not appear smooth.

It was perfect for stitches either from C-section or natural along with giving me soft support and the flex to fit around "extra" weight or folds. After the first time it felt like I wasn't wearing depends and just regular underwear! I was SHOCKED. I know i would of had a harder time after giving birth if it wasn't for depends. I tried it in many different styles and I just love them all. Must buy for anyone with inconsistency or postpartum.

My wife bought this product. After only few hours the filling of the core was lumped, moved and left half of the space unprotected. Luckily, there was no leaks at the time. She tried another piece from the same package - the same result in 2 hours.
