I've been trying to find the right incontinence product to help my dad,but the sizing isn't working out for us. He wears a 34/35 pant so he's on the large end of the S/M size and on the small end of the L size. The Large slips down during the day and has leg gaps that have caused him embarrassing accidents. The S/M felt too snug to him, but when I encouraged him to stick with them as they may stretch out after a little wear - he said he didn't know which ones were the S/M and which ones were the L when he went to his closet because they are the exact same color! How hard would it be to make each size a different color or lighter/darker shade of gray so at a glance you know what size you are getting? Perhaps that's not important once you hone in on the right size, but it's confusing when you have more than one person in a home needing them. Also, none of them have been sufficient for overnight, so he sleeps on a bed pad wearing a Depend and still leaks even though he also stuffs paper towels in them (more Kimberly Clark products) , which is embarrassing and uncomfortable and makes for a lot of extra laundry service. I know you've done a lot of research, and I know you can't make everyone happy, I'm just frustrated on behalf of my elderly dad who deserves dignity.

The are very discreet the dont bunch up so you can wear them under any type of outfit. The cost is good and the prouct is a truly justifed exspense hilghy recommend this product.

Would recommend and I will keep using. I didn’t smell after and they were in perfect shape once I woke up. I couldn’t really complain about this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, i give this to my grandpa and there is a couple things to note. Since my gramps is plus size, the opening seams do feel tighter around the crotch but it is baggy enough that he could comfortably pee / poop. The absorption is so great that sometimes he forgot he is peeing but it does get heavy if he leave it on for a long time. i also did not smell any bad odor and from how i see, durability is good considering he is 175 lbs. Overall, very great though a bit looser on the crotch is preferred
