The only downside is that when I was out in the hot weather the waistband area seemed to make the area sweat and damp. The urinary area was fine and seemed to work with my issues. I don't have bladder issue but rather problems holding back loose bowel movements and these work very well. They contain accidents very well and I keep an extra with me at work. They more then pay for themselves by preventing an accident from ruining a good pair of pants. My only complaint is that the absorption material could be a little stronger as it shreds after about 10 hours. You can keep one on for a full day but in the end the material that is between you and the absorption stuff, starts to break down.

It's a little tight in the leg area but a big poof in the front. Durability isn't much of a concern if you aren't big on pulling hard. They need to make lady pads into these because they don't irritate the private area and have good control.

These disposable briefs are highly absorbent and do the job without leaking as long as the wetness/saturation point isn't reached where by leaks might occur. The padding is generous and highly absorbent while the overall profile of the brief is still minimal and discreet. These are an attractive blush pink in color with feminine flower-like designs near the top. The elastic is perfect to keep these briefs in place. This brief does seem to run slightly smaller than another brand I've tried. However, a snug fit is crucial when the goal is to prevent leaks and these are very effective. Removing them cleanly is simple if you just tear the sides rather than pulling them down when they are soiled.u Overall, these briefs are attractive, fit well, and are very discreet while providing a sense of security. I definitely recommend these to anyone who may be suffering incontinence issues or who may have a loved one who has such needs.

Then I realized they would be a great option for when I’m trying to be efficient with my household chores and don’t have time for a bathroom break. I’m a dad of three, all of whom are under 5 so I usually only get one two hour window per week to accomplish what I need. It’s also hot and humid where we live, so I need to keep hydrated. With hydration comes the need to use the restroom. This however, takes away from my efficiency. While using Depend I’m able to stay hydrated and keep on the job by not needing to go inside for the restroom where you never know when your child will decide they need a snack or your significant other will ask you to grab something. The underwear fit great and didn’t give me that “diaper bottom” everyone tries to avoid. Highly recommend!
