He said they were very easy to put on and remove, and were comfortable and stretchy. The absorbance was great and he has not yet experienced any leakage. There is a certain flowing motion to people when they walk and my butt was all one since the diaper had a pad that didn't show that certain movement. I would recommend it but why does the pad need to be up the back side? The leak is in the front to middle? I suffer from IBS and this product was great for the first few minutes but after that it leaked all over. Do you make a product for IBS? This product isn't it? Depends need to make their products better for male or female bowel incontinence instead of just focusing mostly on urinary leakage problems. Why they concentrate so much on bladder leakage problems and not enough on bowel movements problems just shows me that they could care less about problems like mine. Wake up Depends and start making products for bowel incontinence problems like mine and make the products better also because what you make today still does not absorb my problem and still leaves me in public with embarrassment.

They don't sag or gap and are soft enough to wear for extended periods without chafing and I liked the darker color. They are practically undetectable under clothing and hold up while I am active. The absorbency is good enough for me to be out and about for several hours and absorption is fast. A few suggestions for improvement: The pad does not come up very far in the back. This can cause leaks if you are laying down and reduced the comfort of the underwear when wet and sitting for prolonged periods. Increasing the padding up the back may help with this. Increased absorbency would help with extended wear and nighttime use. Overall I would recommend Depend FIT-FLEX Underwear for Men. They are comfortable, discreet and absorbent enough to give the wearer confidence to go out and be active without worrying about leaks.
