And the fit and comfort was right on point so although I knew I was wear one don't think anyone else could tell . I have changed my mom's clothes, sheets,. chair pads, etc more than I usually do a week these last 3 days. The confidence core may absorb fast, but it does not hold much. I see these are for moderate absorbency. Why waste your money! I liked the Depends we have bought the past 2 years, not these.

The stretch waist band makes them very comfortable. The absorbant pad catches all of the liquid without the thickness. They are great about preventing odor. One thing I really like is that they do not rip when I am pulling them up or down. These are as close to actual underwear as you can get and still have the absorbant benefits.

They weren't noticeable under my clothing, didn't scrunch up and stayed in place all day. I felt protected and comfortable all day.

He is a smaller gentleman and said that these could have fit slightly better. He also mentioned that some padding on the back would be more appreciated just in case the wetness concentrated back there. Overall, he said they were comfortable and did a fair amount of absorbing along with odor protection.
