Tend to sag after getting wet. Good for a short trips. Would love to see a super absorbing 24hr diaper. Bulk doesn't matter to most but leaks do. Id rather people know i might have a diaper on then leak everywhere. .thanks again

I do think the design could be left off to use less chemical ink though there are people that aIll appreciate the added beauty. Amazing absorption at 25x its weight. I do think they work excellent and stay up with good fit. As an active woman in my 40s, I do still have a good sized butt and the butt on these is a bit small for me so there could be some leakage there, plus it just feels weird as it creeps up both cheeks. Sizing of the product should have been good as I have the size small and a pant size of around a 2-4 on average. I’m 5’ 6” and around 117 pounds. I do think they work well with the odor neutralization which helps me feel more secure. Overall a great product.

I can go a long time and stay dry, the only down side is having to find some place clean enough to drop your pants to change when your out for extended periods.

It can hold a full bladder empty , it happened to me and no leaks and no one knew it had happened but me. I love the designs, it's like my old regular panties. They are soft on my body and no noise when I walk , I love them.. thank you for making a product for those of us with bladder damages .

Great fit,absorption was super & pretty too.The only negative that I found with this product is that after you have worn it for a while,the elastic relaxes ,then the brief slides down.My solution was to wear panties over it.

I never feel comfortable because I ALWAYS get leaks!! I get up the instant I feel an urge to piddle. But I have spina bifida and spinal stenosis, so maybe you can understand, I do not have the power to stop the flow which starts the moment I feel the urge and am on my feet. These are the best panty out there but your panties do NOT stop leaks.

I could see the Underwear's bulkyness through his pants and that is not what hes looking for even though they performed really well he would not buy them in the future. Their was no leaking and everything absorbed really well.

My radiation colitis is very troublesome with nearly daily emergency 'episodes' . My rugs are beige and I have not always made it to the bathroom. Horrid. I would like to have more leak protection on the legs, so drips cannot escape out sides.

It is also very durable, works well, odor control and fits my dad perfectly. Overall I will continue to buy this product for my dad as he loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These undies fit very well and they still have plenty of expansion. They are a pretty pink with a little design at the top and they do a good job with absorption and odor. They aren’t binding on your thighs and they do a good job with odor control.
