They're designed to look and feel like regular underwear, which is a definite plus. The comfort is good, and we've experienced reliable protection with minimal leaks. Cons: ✖ Leak Protection: While they work well for minor leaks, I wouldn’t rely on them for heavy incontinence or overnight use. I bought these for my grandma to give it a try since we have been buying her different brands to see which one would work the best for her. She totally loved these! Depends not only gives her that "regular panty" feeling but they they work great!!! It gives her confidence and us as her caregivers, that there wont be any leaks and she will be dry and comfortable. I will definitely continue to buy Depend products.

High absorbency, comfort and dependability. They give me peace of mind and have not had a problem with fit and overall comfort. Very well made!

My oldest uses these he/she needs them for night and sometimes during the day, and this is the size I always get so I do say they fit true to size! He/she says they are comfortable and easy to sleep with!

I have used a lot of incontinance underwear and bought these depends for the first time…they did not do what they were supposed to….the maximum absorbency leaves a LOT to be desired….it was no more than an ordinary pad's absorbency….they should not be worn for overnight because they leak, shift and are totally leaking by the time I can change them….very very disappointed in Depends….the fabric paper is also very stiff and sometimes gets loose if I don't have to change in more than 2 hours….I answered these questions as POOR and I'm returning the unopened package for a return--I won't be buying Depends ever again….….j

I have been wearing Depends for a while now and find them to be better than other products I have tried. I wear them day and night but do find that they only hold about a bladder-full. If I don't get up at night when I am sleeping they will leak. But all-in-all I am very satisfied with this product.
