It was not bulky and I sampled it under tights and jeans. They are breathable. Not sure about absorbance, as I did not experience any bladder leakage during the trial of the underwear. I would recommend this to women with incontinence and/or bladder issues.

I totally love the color and little design on them because it makes you feel like they're real underwear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underpants are a lifesaver for anyone with leakage issues! No one likes wearing a thick pad-this is a great alternative! They are not super noticeable, depending on your pants. I got the XL and they fit well (I’m a size 18-20).

A number of Depend Underwear for Women have stretched out before wearing them. I wear size small/medium. The last package I had at least three pair were unwearable because thee garment had no elasticity. Also the elastic waist causes rash and itching. I prefer the Silhoutte Style but cannot use them exclusively due to higher cost.
