While growing age sometimes sneeze doesn't let us hold the pee. I use incontinence underwear while allergies get better. This product really helped me. No wetness or odor for few hours. It is very comfortable to wear, I have bladder control issues and because I am on fluid medicine, have to go with some frequency and at times no control.
