My husband loves these BUT they are just too small; they ride down on him and he is a size 46 pants. We are hoping you will consider a larger size as the XLs just are not cutting it. The underwear would work perfect for him if they were just a little bigger. thanks!

Then I realized they would be a great option for when I’m trying to be efficient with my household chores and don’t have time for a bathroom break. I’m a dad of three, all of whom are under 5 so I usually only get one two hour window per week to accomplish what I need. It’s also hot and humid where we live, so I need to keep hydrated. With hydration comes the need to use the restroom. This however, takes away from my efficiency. While using Depend I’m able to stay hydrated and keep on the job by not needing to go inside for the restroom where you never know when your child will decide they need a snack or your significant other will ask you to grab something. The underwear fit great and didn’t give me that “diaper bottom” everyone tries to avoid. Highly recommend!

I would like a depend version with back padding and similar design to Goodnites as in shape so that I can wear something other than a thick adult diaper to bed.

This diaper always leaks. My son has eurnesis. We make him use the bathroom before bed and wake him up in the middle of the night again to use the bathroom. This diaper consistently leaks a lot. Even with mattress protectors on we have had to replace the mattress. When you take the diaper off it rips and all the gel beads fall every where. He has trouble sleeping and I think it is because he is cold and wet. Putting the bed sheets in a special kid care wash with extra hot water every day is time consuming and makes it that much harder to keep up with other tasks. We had been happily using this product for daytime protection for the past two years for my father-in-law who suffered a brain injury and became incontinent. The old design was a great product and offered adequate daytime protection with the comfort and ease of the pull-up design (he wears a thicker overnight diaper with tabs for bedtime). The new design is noticeably thinner and does not work as well - we actuallly have to double it up during the day so he doesn't leak through and end up with wet pants. Obviously, that is not a long-term solution so now we'll have to locate a more reliable day-time pull up. Which is very disappointing since the old design worked so well. Why mess with a good thing?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent quality incontinence underwear that functions well in all activities.  It is of high quality, and its construction provides the integrity and security to retain urine without odors or stains.  It is very soft to the feel and durable for sports activities.  The underwear is very comfortable as it covers parts of your abdomen and groin areas.  I found the waistband and fit to be very comfortable without causing any kind of rash or abrasions.  Depend has emphasized fit and comfort and makes this product functional. The waistband was firm yet not tight fitting and didn’t roll or crease during use. If you are looking for a functional and well-designed, product, this is the incontinence underwear for you.  I give this underwear a 5 STAR Rating.

I use these for my mother. They fit her very well with lots of stretch so are easy for her to get on and off and are very comfortable. The maximum absorbency prevents wet sheets if she does have an accident. I have tried other brands but the didn't fit as well and weren't as absorbent.

The fit felt bulky and not as comfortable as I expected, and the material wasn’t very breathable. It also didn’t provide the level of absorbency I was hoping for. Overall, I wouldn’t buy it again.

They fit snug around the legs to prevent leakage but they are not uncomfortable at all. They aren’t overly bulky and can be worn under jeans , dresses etc without being noticeable.
