They are easy to put on because the back is stretchable. he front stays firm against your stomach. They have a wide area of full coverage for standing, sitting and even napping. These are really great, both men's and women's (I tried both) and perfect to keep you free from worry about accidents when out shopping or visiting friends/family.

The product does not cover my back side; I am a guy with a 52 waist. With every step it feels like I am about to lose the underwear-my pants stop them from falling On the other hand the underwear does absorb! No question about it! The design however needs to be modified so that the back goes over a nan’s hip for a comfortable fit.
