I have stress incontinence, which is very unpredictable, a cough a sneeze, etc. can be disastrous, even with a pad on. With depends, there is so much more coverage and seems just like regular underwear. I highly recommend them. Wish I had tried them years ago. I am a new user.

I do find that I need an additional blue pad or mattress/chair protector because the Depend underwear does better when standing or seated upright than when one is reclining; there can be some leakage in recline.

I had a little uncomfortable fit issues with the S/M so I switched to the L/XL, They fit much better and even though they were larger I did not have any leakage issues. I have tried other lesser brands and even though they might fit as well they do not provide the same level of protection or comfort.

I gave her the samples I had ordered for me and she loved them. Better fit, more absorbancy and stronger than the ones the hospital used. I find I can wear them under normal pants due to the slim and thin design. Having used a variety of kind these are by far the best. My wife even commented these are need and workable which is different from some others. Do highly recommend these to any man that wants to continue using these items and feeling in comfort.

The sample lasted about 3 days whereas the new underwear disintegrated in less than 8 hours. This is poor value. I do not use the underwear for incontinence problems but because I have serious scar tissue on my behind in the crack and hoped the garment would cushion the pain of sitting or lying down. They started to do this successfully until they fell apart a few hours later.
