They are made from flexible, stretchy material that molds to your body. They have cotton batting inside that provides the right amount of coverage. The absorbency is decent. These will definitely provide enough protection during an emergency as long as the liquid is a small to moderate amount. They may leak if it's too much liquid. I like that they are pretty hidden and hard to see under clothing. They also don't add too much bulk. I think they are a good overall product.

They aren't any more absorbent than the moderate absorbency Depends like they used to be and she is has to be changed a lot more often. What has facilitated the change?
