There a printed design on the front to help you know which side is the front. Inside is also lightly printed. Much better control of the "swishing " noise. No one wants to hear it.

It's not that it's too big or small it's the way it was shaped if that makes sense. I put on underwear over it to make it feel more secure. I do like it that looks less revealing in pants etc. It does what it's supposed to less bulky than the past.
