I often have issues with IBS & incontinence, my friend John recommended these to me awhile back. They worked great, after some time I felt comfortable wearing these on date nights. Never had any issues with leakage, look or the feel. They could use some extra wiggle room up front. If you tend to get aroused during the day (like me) you will feel restricted up front.
