I was pleasantly surprised that not only did the Depend FIT-FLEX accommodate my size but was comfortable as well. I think the XL could also fit sizes above 24 (at least up to size 28 perhaps). Although I probably wouldn't wear this product daily I believe it is a great thing to have available for those times you will be out and about for hours and facilities may not be close.

They came at a perfect time because I have Crohn's disease and was having a bad flare. I decided to try these in case I could not make it to the bathroom in time. This "Night Defence" underwear for women has positive features. I only started using these about a month ago. They are comfortable, soft, absorbs, no leakage. I had been using another product with poor results. I tried the night defense and purchased more. I only have the need for night time use and they are perfect. I highly recommend there use.

Where it stops in the back is a little uncomfortable and you can feel it when you sit. It feels like you are sitting on a line and it is not comfortable. it is quite absorbent and can possibly be a little thicker in my opinion and may possibly help prevent leaks especially when sitting.
