I loved the old small / medium maximum absorbency fit-flex underwear for women, but when I went to the store to buy the next bag, the sizing had been changed. I bought the small and it was the right size but it seemed as though the underwear didn't fit as well. Sure enough, there was major leakage this morning and it all came out around the crotch and leg area. The gel didn't seem as absorbent as the old underwear, and the crotch and legs were cut too wide and high.

The leaks were fully contained, odor was minimal, and he said they were comfortable and not "sweaty". These did not cause any chafing, stretched with his movement, and stayed on very well. The inner lining absorbed and quickly crystallized the liquid, preventing any spillover, even with a full bladder evacuation. Just for fun, I put a pair on and wore them for a day. Because of the soft and stretchy material, you could not tell I was wearing a leak protection product. Very discreet, for those that are out and about.
