My husband had an unfortunate accident and had to use these. Nothing is worse that feeling like you can't enjoy your life because of a leaky bladder. These have given my husband the confidence to go out and enjoy life. They are comfortable for him and give excellent coverage, allowing my husband to live his best life.

Product was great before, not anymore! Product falls apart! i am 250 lbs, now well sitting on toilet, I must take my diaper off because it is too tight on my ankles and I get cramps in my legs. Must change diaper 3-4 times a day. You have gone from the best product to I am looking at your competitors product. Not as absorbent as before.

He’s been using them for a bit now, and he’s really happy with them! The fit is comfortable and secure without feeling too tight, and he says they provide great protection throughout the day. The Depend for Men Underwear are very comfortable on me and offer decent protection. I have found the Real Fit Underwear to be slightly more comfortable as these are a little loose on me compared to those. I am a fairly average 25 year old but I feel like I am at the bottom of the size range. These are not quite as discreet as they do not look as real as the Real Fit. I tend to buy these though as they are usually much cheaper. For me they have the same limitation though, they tend to leak around the legs especially if I have an accident while sitting down. They could use additional leakage protection as it can be embarrassing to have the tell tale wet spots on the seat of your pants and on the chair you are sitting on if you have an accident. On the positive side they are usually much easier to conceal and clean up than if I had not been wearing these at all. Despite these limitations I would say try them. They may work for you, they are comfortable and reasonably discreet.

The large extra large size fits well and are very comfortable. They contain leakage very well. My problem with the Depend product is that the top seam in the back holding the cotton within the Depends comes loose and the cotton drops all over the floor when the Depends are lowered. Other than that one fault they an excellent product.

I definitely can see how well they keep everything in and does control any odor. I didn’t really smell anything if at all and I tend to have a good nose. I only didn’t like how it felt but it’s understandable.

These Depend underwear were excellent quality. My grandfather praised them, and said they were very comfortable and absorbed a lot. I could easily help him tear away the sides which is a big plus when caring for someone bedridden. He said that he was glad they were not white. He felt like they were real underwear and not a white diaper.

I feel you have hidden the actual fit of these by not showing the actual fit in the stomach/rise area (which you conveniently coverd with the white shirt. THESE ARE TOO LOW AND ROLL DOWN. I threw my box away. What a shame, as not all women want bikinis!! They stretch enough in width, but when you try to pull them up over your stomach they RIP STRAIGHT ACROSS THE FRONT. Really aggravated as this seems to be a trend.
