They are designed well as they fit securely without digging into my skin. You can’t detect any odor after using them and I have not experienced any leakage issues. At first, I was nervous about whether people would be able to notice me wearing them, but they can’t. They fit just like my normal underwear so you can’t tell a difference. I don’t need them all the time but they are perfect for those occasions I do.

I feel this is more of an “leak a little” solution. They are not the prettiest things I’ve ever seen but they help so there’s not a mess if you are a little slower to the bathroom than you used to be.

So glad I found these! Prostatectomy left me in need of protection, and these actually work. Comfortable and secure. I experienced some leaks with the large size, but the problem was simply the fit. Switched to S/M, and problem solved. Would be handy if you could change without removing pants during work day, but the security is worth the inconvenience. Sometimes leak at night, (does anything really work for sleeping on your side?) but great for daytime use. Appreciate this product!

I also had chafing in between my legs. These pull on briefs felt like regular underware. Even with tighter pants on I didn't feel like everyone could tell that I was wearing a bladder product. They did fit a little more bulky in the back but looked fine under my regular clothes. I just wish they had a more beautiful design to them.
