[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This keeps my area all nice and dry but the only complaint I have is how uncomfortable it is I kind of wished it was a little more breathable and light weight but other then that it leaves my downstairs area dry and odorless.

Have been buying this product for well over a year for my husband with Alzheimers who is incontenent. Always worked fine until this last box of 72. The product i noticed is much thinner, not as soft and definitely not as absorbent. My husband wakes up drenched from sleep because of the change. They are in I degree super comfortable more than the ones I used before. They absorb super well and do not leave you the feeling of being wet, they are super safe during the night especially that you can have accidents and with this it has never happened again, they sweat super well since you have sensitive skin and have never had an irritation with them. I tired them on, the fit is nice, but it is not the most comfortable compared to other brands. The odor control is not great, you smell a lot through the underwear, but when I tried to tear them apart they were very durable.
