I couldn't get over feeling like r wearing a diaper so I prefer pads over these. But that's a personal preference. It is more secure than pads and moves with you better.

The padding is super absorbent and thick for leak protection. It is a rose light/nude color. These are non-noticeable under your clothing and no noise making. My Mom wears this product 24/7 now, so less bulk is SO necessary! We tried these for daily wear and again for overnight. These kept her very dry and, for the most part, comfortable. The floral print design tells you which side faces forward and the pattern inside, I believe, denotes the odor-fighting feature. A BIG plus when there's an accident! The only negative issue is that the groin area is too wide; It bunches up and has excess material. I think making that area narrower would fix the only flaw.

Now that I’ve been wearing these for a few days I have to say they are very comfortable and absorb my leaks well. The panty line is not too obvious so that’s good. My husband hasn’t noticed that I’m wearing these so they must look like regular underwear to him. They are durable and stay together. I would give these an A+!

Also, the slide on and ability to act more of a natural underwear was more comforting and made it easier for this person to wear depends. Specifically only urinary incontinence for this review. Someone who wore these had mixed incontinence and not total incontinence. It's good for those longer days when you may not be able to check into the toilet as frequently and has good absorption.
