It is durable, thick enough and absorbing quickly with no leaks. Fit great even under light conditions! Great product! These do exactly what they were made to do! I've been trying to find the right incontinence product to help my dad,but the sizing isn't working out for us. He wears a 34/35 pant so he's on the large end of the S/M size and on the small end of the L size. The Large slips down during the day and has leg gaps that have caused him embarrassing accidents. The S/M felt too snug to him, but when I encouraged him to stick with them as they may stretch out after a little wear - he said he didn't know which ones were the S/M and which ones were the L when he went to his closet because they are the exact same color! How hard would it be to make each size a different color or lighter/darker shade of gray so at a glance you know what size you are getting? Perhaps that's not important once you hone in on the right size, but it's confusing when you have more than one person in a home needing them. Also, none of them have been sufficient for overnight, so he sleeps on a bed pad wearing a Depend and still leaks even though he also stuffs paper towels in them (more Kimberly Clark products) , which is embarrassing and uncomfortable and makes for a lot of extra laundry service. I know you've done a lot of research, and I know you can't make everyone happy, I'm just frustrated on behalf of my elderly dad who deserves dignity.

He would take them off and hide them around the house, that is how much he HATED wearing the other brands. The ones were premium brands AND more expensive! But they were very thick and bulky and he was very uncomfortable. He felt like he was wearing a toddlers diaper. I ordered these and I am so relieved that I did! He LOVES them. He said they feel just like regular underwear to him. They're not bulky at all! The box says they HOLD UP TO 25 TIMES their weight and i believe that is true. I tested them out by measuring two full cups of water and pouring them in the briefs. I could detect NO LEAKING ANYWHERE! Not around the legs -not through the bottom -not in the back -not in the front. Nowhere! I think this is a great product and I'm sure we will be ordering them in the future. I would give this product 10 Stars if I could. As his caregiver it has made such a difference in my life too. We do not have the constant messes and clean up that we were experiencing before. I haven't had to do a single load of soiled laundry since he started wearing these a week and a half ago. He's no longer embarrassed when he has an accident. I just can't say enough good things about these briefs. For anyone feeling discouraged or doubtful, let me put your mind at ease. From where I'm standing, these are about the best things you can get your hands on.

They were super absorbant and didnt carry the funky urinesmell after an accident. They were a little big for him, but he said they were comfortable. They are a very good brand we would definitely be buying them again.

They are a bit bulky as expected, but not to the point that it’s obvious that you’re wearing it beneath pants. They fit well and are comfortable. When it comes to odor control, they don’t entirely hide the smell but as long as you change out of them shortly after going it’s not bad.
