They are a comfortable fit and I love that they feel more like underwear than something more bulky. Basically your products are fine during the day but at night it seems that the large leg opening leads to leaking. We have tried using two diapers at night - a regular one and a maximum one but there is still leakage. It is great that you now have a dedicated small size but my mother is quite small and even these are a bit too large.

WE have been using Depends for my Childfor a couple years now 5'10 ,100 lbs and AUTISTIC. The last couple of boxes we bought was so bad that we switch him from s-m to lrg thinking he got taller and gain weight.For awhile it works then inside liners starts shredding again.My son has acute sensory problems, so we change him when he gets a little wet so it's not the frequency of changing the diaper, It gotten o bad that he has red, blistery rashes from the foam that turns into wet gel. I have boxes of it that I cannot use, have to buy a different brand and diapers are expensive , it's so frustrating and disappointing to have a product not worked as is it was intended.

The size fits well on my grandma, and she likes everything about the product. They are made by nice and thick materials, and they are designed for people who have incontinence issues. People can use them during the day or at night. These underwears are very absorbent, and they are a huge help.

They were very comfortable and absorbent. The one time I could not make it to the rest stop I did not feel uncomfortable or wet. The only thing I can say is they are more bulky to carry with you if you needed to carry them in a purse. I use a pad just for everyday use but these were nice to have for the long journey.

I use this at the gym, and my only issue is that sweat causes the adhesive around the padding to come unglued. If I use the toilet, absorbent padding and gel falls out onto my shorts and the floor. That said, it is discreet and fairly absorbent given its size, and I am not embarrassed to wear them under clothing. Would like an option for night use.

He never would have bought these himself, but now that he’s used them he says they work very well. No wetness waking him up. Odor control is great. 10/10
