Which means less fussing with the adjustment of the underwear as she wore them. But the held almost nothing. Sometimes I would have just gotten her settled after changing her, and she had already soaked through her clothes again!! I think that for a little bit of bladder leakage these might work. But if you are looking for something to help with special needs family members, these aren't absorbent enough to be of any help.

I have multiple sclerosis, and incontinence is a common symptom that I experience. These Depends underwear absorb well without any leaking. They do not appear as bulky under clothing as many pads I have tried. I feel more confident that I won't have an embarrassing "accident" with Depends underwear. This is flattering because it controls some of my bulging belly. The soft fit-flex material allows for full coverage which aids with comfort. Even though the seam was on the outside of this underwear, surprisingly I was not able to notice it through my pants! Although the t material is soft and pretty, I do not the ruffled pattern throughout the underwear because if does not appear smooth on the outside of my leggings. I need to wear a long top, so this is not visible. Lastly, I did not experience any leaks, yet I did not feel dry; the padding did not absorb the urine to keep it away from my skin. This is important to alleviate any rash in that delicate area. I would recommend this underwear for comfort and protection yet one needs to be mindful of the clothing one wears because tighter fitting clothing may not appear smooth.
