Got this product for my mom because of the name and it is the poorest performing product we've tried. I brought 3 boxes on my trip last month and didn't realize until yesterday that they hold NOTHING! These would be great for active people who only need occasional moderate protection but for a 90 year old with limited control they're useless. What a waste of money and how distressing that my brother's house now reeks of urine! At least my poor prim and proper mom also has limited smell or she'd be more mortified than she already is about getting wet. I'm so sorry I trusted the name and didn't take more time to see if they lived up to the claims on the box. I HATE advertisers! Bunch of liars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tryed the xl Depend Fit-Flex underwear for wemon and they are so comfortable and plenty of padded protection and you don’t feel a bulky pad,they don’t slip off because the streatchey band is good quality and they spare no expense to make a high quality underwear.A really good feature if you use a waiste basket,there is no smell even after a couple days sitting in trash.They are soft and a awesome product for a embarrassing problem,you can wear them with confidence and no worries.

Product worked as expected but with one problem. It just doesn't fit. Couldn't get a 2x or 3x for me. The XL would slide down soon after I took a couple of steps and it was a constant battle keeping it pulled up. But as I write this review I can say that my incontinence is subsiding and not requiring the use of the product as each week passes. If you could make a larger product I'm quite sure the larger men out here would greatly appreciate it, I know I would.

Best product, i started using these after my delivery and then used after a year when i started again with my periods. Ialeays had leakage issues with other pads but this underwear is life saving. Way more comfortable than pads, though. Absorbency is good and I didn’t detect any more odor than using a pad. Elastic isn’t tight and constricting, so I’d say go with your regular sized underwear for fit. I recommend due to comfort level and fit.
